Business Continuity during the Covid-19 Crisis (20/03/2020)

During the abnormal living and working conditions experienced by staff and clients during the Covid-19 crisis, Spectrum Acoustic Consultants Ltd are following government guidance for employers, businesses and employees in order to ensure the safety of our staff and clients.

In view of the above, Spectrum have adopted the following measures and these will be under continuous review as the situation develops.

Home Working
Spectrum staff will be working from home with minimal presence at our head office. All staff are equipped with home offices where they may be contacted using their normal email and telephone numbers and have on-line connections to our servers so that they are able to work normally on any office based project.

Spectrum staff are available to participate in meetings by conference call or video call as usual. In line with government guidelines, meetings in person are avoided where possible.

Site Work
Site work is risk assessed on a case by case basis taking into consideration the most recent government guidance. Where site conditions are such that safety guidelines cannot be met, Spectrum will discuss this with the client in order to resolve the issue.

Public transport and car sharing are avoided in line with current government guidance.

Ongoing Situation
